باختصار: سيرو لا يجمع بياناتك. كل ما تُدخله يبقى على أجهزتك، ولا نراه نحن.

بياناتك تبقى عندك

الفواتير والزبائن والموردون والأصناف والحسابات والمستخدمون، كلها تُحفظ في قاعدة بيانات على جهازك. إذا ربطت جوالاً أو فرعاً بحاسوب المكتب، تنتقل البيانات بين أجهزتك أنت عبر شبكة محلّك، ولا تمرّ بنا. لا نملك خوادم تحفظ بياناتك، ولا حسابات لدينا تسجّل فيها.

ما الذي يخرج من الجهاز

فحص التحديثات: يسأل البرنامج موقع سيرو (sirobusiness.com) عن آخر إصدار، والنسخ القديمة تسأل GitHub. لا يُرسل معه أي شيء عنك أو عن منشأتك، لكن الموقع يرى عنوان الإنترنت (IP) كما يراه أي موقع تزوره. النسخة المثبّتة من Google Play تتحدّث عبر المتجر نفسه.
تقارير الأخطاء (برنامج الحاسوب فقط): إذا حدث خطأ، يُرسل البرنامج نوعه ومكانه في البرنامج ورقم الإصدار ونظام التشغيل، مع رمز مجهول للجهاز يفيدنا في عدّ الأجهزة المتأثرة ولا يدلّ على أحد. تُحذف منه الأرقام والأسماء ومسارات الملفات قبل الإرسال، ولا يُحفظ عنوان الإنترنت. تصل التقارير إلى خدمة Sentry لتتبّع الأخطاء. يستطيع مالك المنشأة إيقافها من صفحة حول البرنامج.
مزايا تفعّلها بنفسك: المساعد الذكي يرسل سؤالك المكتوب إلى Claude من شركة Anthropic بمفتاحك أنت، وتُستخرج النتيجة من بياناتك على جهازك. الإشعارات والملخّصات المجدولة تُرسل إلى العنوان الذي تكتبه أنت. ملفات النسخ الاحتياطي مشفّرة، وتذهب حيث ترسلها أنت فقط.
الملاحظات الصوتية: حين تضغط زر الميكروفون وترسل ملاحظة، يصل تسجيلك (30 ثانية بالأكثر) مع رقم الإصدار واسم الشاشة، ورقمك إن كتبته، إلى خادم سيرو (support.sirobusiness.com). يُحوَّل الصوت إلى نص عبر خدمة OpenAI، ويُحفظ التسجيل ونصّه لدينا لنعالج ما طلبته. لا يُرسل معها شيء من بيانات محلك، ولا يُسجَّل شيء قبل أن تضغط الزر.

الكاميرا

يستخدم تطبيق الجوال الكاميرا لمسح الباركود فقط. تُقرأ الصورة على الجوال نفسه، ولا تُحفظ ولا تُرسل إلى أي جهة.

ما لا نفعله

لا إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع ولا تحليلات استخدام.
لا نبيع بيانات ولا نشاركها، لأننا لا نجمعها أصلاً.

حذف بياناتك

بياناتك عندك، فحذفها بيدك: احذف التطبيق من الجوال، أو احذف البرنامج ومجلد بياناته من الحاسوب. لا يوجد لدينا حساب لك لنحذفه. إن أردت حذف تقارير الأخطاء التي وصلت من جهازك، راسلنا.

الأطفال

سيرو برنامج محاسبة للأعمال، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال.

Privacy policy (English)

In short: Siro does not collect your data. Everything you enter stays on your devices. Last updated 18 October 2026; covers the Siro desktop program and the Siro phone app.

Your data stays with you. Invoices, contacts, items, accounts and users are stored in a database on your device. Linked phones and branches sync with your own office PC over your local network, never through us. We run no servers holding your data and you have no account with us.
Update checks: the app asks Siro's site (sirobusiness.com) for the latest version; older copies ask GitHub. Nothing about you is sent; the site sees your IP address as any website does. Copies installed from Google Play update through the store.
Error reports (desktop only): the kind of error, where in Siro it happened, the version, the operating system and an anonymous device code used only to count affected installs. Numbers, names and file paths are removed first and no IP address is stored. Reports go to the Sentry error-tracking service. The business owner can turn them off on the About page.
Features you turn on: the AI assistant sends your typed question to Anthropic's Claude with your own API key; answers are computed from your data on your device. Scheduled digests and notifications go to the address you enter. Encrypted backups go only where you send them.
Voice notes: when you press the microphone button and send a note, the recording (30 seconds at most), the version, the screen's name and your number if you typed one go to Siro's server (support.sirobusiness.com). The audio is turned into text by OpenAI; we keep the recording and its text to act on it. Nothing from your shop's data goes with it, and nothing is recorded before you press the button.
Camera (phone app): used only to scan barcodes. Images are read on the phone and are never stored or sent.
No ads, no tracking, no analytics. We do not sell or share data; we do not collect it.
Deleting your data: uninstall the app, or remove the program and its data folder from your PC. We hold no account to delete. To have error reports from your device deleted, email us.
Children: Siro is business accounting software, not directed at children.
